The UK operation is headed by Noveen Mahmood, Vice-President, Sales. She has had extensive experience over the last ten years, having led various project implementations providing Customer Relationship Management, offshore development management and Business/process improvement solutions to General Motors, Time Warner, and Monaco Coach.
Noveen has demonstrated success in managing the complete lifecycles of projects, potentially resulting in multimillion dollar savings and/or cost avoidance for these companies. She possesses a deep understanding of how to utilize technology in order to deliver agency/enterprise solutions that meet the requirements of businesses. .
At Cepios, she will identify new business opportunities, be involved in product marketing and management, and provide compliance support to sales, marketing and distribution. Noveen will build strong relationships with clients, as well as liaise closely with the India office to ensure that the client receives Cepios' best service at all times. .

3WCentral is a creative studio specializing in web and interface design, interactive brand identity building, internet marketing, cutting edge multimedia presentations and e-learning solutions. It is perfectly placed to complement Cepios' own capability as a world-class software development company, and this move will impact the range of services Cepios can offer and widen the spectrum of clients it can deliver them to.
With the increasing demands of its rapid growth, Cepios identified cutting edge design capability in 3W Central that would bring with it the advantage of its special strengths - experience in User eXperience (UX) design, a larger and more capable design and delivery team, and entry into several new markets that 3W Central was operating in.
3W Central, on the other hand, needed complementary strengths in software delivery, including a more comprehensive support system, and solutions in the realm of CRM, HRM, and email marketing, which are Cepios' particular areas of expertise.
