New IT professionals are put through a Client Readiness Training (CRT) program prior to commencing work with clients. Client Readiness Training is designed to educate IT professionals on common standards of programming and doing business with U.S. companies. While many of our professionals have worked with U.S. companies before, we still feel it is important to go over these concepts with every new recruit to ensure standard procedures are clearly understood and ultimately followed. All Cepios professionals are issued a CRT handbook that covers their training program.

While we train our IT professionals to get them ready to work with you, we also want to help you prepare for managing and working with your new IT staff. Systems of communication, management tools, and methods of training the new professionals on company standards and operating procedures are discussed. You will also receive a Client Handbook that you can refer to in the future.
