Certification
All Cepios employees are eligible
for the Professional Development Education Plan which
will reimburse employees the training and certification
costs each calendar year.
Microsoft, Sun MicroSystems, PMI and
QAI certifications plus various other training programs
are strongly encouraged and reimbursed for the cost
of taking and passing the courses and exams.
Cepios University
Cepios also provides many internal
trainings programs such as peer-to-peer training,
client involved training programs and other programs
as needed to keep Cepios employees on the cutting
edge of technology.
Our internal training facility
has the following preparation components:
- Peer-to-peer training sessions
to improve development skills
- Client involved training programs
to improve contractor-to-client communication and
project quality assurance
- Annual skill testing to determine
where additional training may be needed
- Managed database of all our developer's
skill sets and their skill levels
- Additional training to staff
wanting to boost competency levels and add new skill
sets
