Offshore Performance Management
We are dedicated to ensuring each
client receives the highest quality employees available,
and we conduct the following quality performance control
procedures with all our employees:
- Conduct verbal client reviews
at the one-month and three-month milestones of each
contract (occurs between client and U.S. representative).
- Conduct a written evaluation
and verbal client review at six-months and then
annually thereafter (occurs between client and U.S.
representative).
- Conduct verbal reviews with IT
staff at the one-month and three-month milestones
(occurs between IT staff and Director of Quality
Control).
- Conduct a written evaluation
of IT staff followed up with a verbal review at
six-months and then every six-months thereafter
(occurs between IT staff and Director of Quality
Control).
- Implement a financial incentive
program that rewards staff for achieving measured
improvement in identified skill sets and positive
reviews from clients concerning their performance.
Distribute financial rewards both on a monthly and
an annual basis.
